Our Story
ScissorFoot Entertainment was founded by brothers, David and Mike Neel, and established in 2020. The brothers have been lovers of film since an early age, often creating home movies together. Film is a staple in both of their lives and ScissorFoot Entertainment is their long over due love letter to cinema.
The mission of ScissorFoot is to create unique, entertaining, & original content for Film and Streaming platforms. Our goal is to bring our passion of film and story telling to viewers everywhere. This defines us and drives us.

We believe in giving back to the community and plan to launch a film festival focusing on student and up & coming writers and filmmakers.

Mike Neel
CEO / Head Writer
Mike Neel is ScissorFoot Entertainment's CEO and Head Writer. Mike has been a lover of film all his life and has been writing and producing his own films since the days of the VHS camcorder. Mike knew early on that film making was in his blood!
Mike's passion for film combined with his never quit attitude, and drive to tell exciting stories make up the principles of ScissorFoot Entertainment.
When Mike isn't writing he enjoys spending his free time exploring the many Texas Parks, working on his photography, or at home enjoying a great movie!
David Neel
David Neel is ScissorFoot Entertainment's CFO. David has 15 years of experience building and running successful businesses. David is a true business operations mastermind.
David is a true film lover and can often be heard linking every day situations with the perfect movie quote or reference. David's mix of business knowledge and love for film make him an excellent part of the team.
When not working, David enjoys all things aviation and has been flying planes sine he was a teenager. David also enjoys spending time at hockey games, and watching movies.
Travis Chapman
Travis Chapman is a writer for ScissorFoot Entertainment. Travis joins the team with extensive knowledge in writing , holding degrees in English/writing , and is a published author (Spoonful of Happiness and Ashes).
Travis has spent years working with Mike Neel on various projects and together the two are an unstoppable writing force. Travis has a passion for film and religiously writes his annual breakdown of top 10 films.
In Travis's free time he spends time with his wife, Tiffany, and their two dogs. The two have a healthy obsession with board games and have even created their own!
